As producer of the world’s most influential tech event, we remain proactively committed to creating an environment that reduces health risks for our attendees.
Organizers expect CES 2023 to be the largest in-person, audited business event to take place in the U.S. since early 2020. Here are details on the health and safety measures put in place for this year’s show:
Fresh Airflow
Fresh airflow will be increased in ventilation systems across all venues, including the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo and ARIA.
Exterior doors will be opened and monitored to allow fresh air flow wherever possible.
Door greeters will be stationed at remaining doors to open them as attendees enter.
Hand Sanitizing
All facilities in high-traffic areas will feature touchless hand sanitizing units. All meeting rooms, conference areas, food areas, lounges, customer service areas, information kiosks, elevators, escalators, lounges and offices will include hand sanitizing stations.
Touchpoints
Badge pickup locations will feature touchless badge printing.
Customer service centers will offer touchless payment for on-site registrations. All microphones and shared AV equipment will be sanitized between uses. Restrooms, handrails and doors will be cleaned throughout the day, and all restrooms include touchless sinks, toilets, and paper towel dispensers. All venue food outlets and business centers will offer touchless payment systems.
