BuildWithin

CTA member BuildWithin is helping businesses tackle the talent shortage by offering specialized training using apprenticeships. In just nine months, BuildWithin has generated approximately $1 million in revenue from customers including CyanGate Technologies, George Washington University and Northern Virginia Tech Council. We interviewed Dr. Ximena Hartsock, the founder, for insights on how industry collaboration is vital for mitigating the talent-shortage problem. She also explained the importance of apprenticeships for building a diverse tech-talent pipeline.
